Returns received within 15 days of the original ship date are eligible for a refund, with the exception of a 20% handling and restocking fee. During the holiday season from November 25-December 25, the return period is extended to January 9. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, with all hangtags attached.
Return shipping charges are not refundable. Sale items are final and no returns will be accepted.
Melinda Fenton stands behind all merchandise. If merchandise is defective, it should be reported immediately.
RETURN Instructions
Email us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All returns require an authorization number. All returned merchandise must be original condition, including all hangtags.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Please ship PREPAID. We do not accept COD or Freight Collect. We strongly suggest using insured and/or tracking shipping.
